🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Misaal Textile
At Misaal Textile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The fabric is unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition with packaging intact.
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:
Change of mind
Color difference due to screen resolution
Cut, stitched, washed, or used fabric
Sale / discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
Subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.

💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item.
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side.
